Seymour Block

Born in Brooklyn, New York, he resided in Queens and Jericho, New York, before moving to Lodi, CA, in 1983. US Navy veteran of World War II. Bachelor's Degree from Pace University, New York. Master's Degree from Hofstra University, New York. Retired 1983 as a teacher of English, Mathmatics, and Distributive Education at Prospect Heights High School, Brooklyn, NY. Also served as school Treasurer. Taught night school at Prospect Heights High School, as well as Yeshiva, Boro Park. Enjoyed salt water swimming. "Obsessed" with aviation and flying. Played piano and accordian.
