Raymond Conner

Raymond W. Conner, 72, died Wednesday, December 28, 2016, at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital - Somerset, Somerville. Born February 11, 1944, in New Brunswick, he had resided in Bound Brook since 1982. Raymond had been a traffic safety worker for Somerset County for twenty-five years, retiring in 2007. He then was a bus driver for county Head Start Program for six years. He was a volunteer fireman for the Ivy Hook and Ladder Company No. 1, Bound Brook. He was a member of Bound Brook/Somerset Moose Lodge No. 988, Bound Brook. Raymond is survived by his loving wife of forty-four years, Annette Lungo Conner; his daughter, Stacey Conner of South Bound Brook, his sister, Linda of South Dakota, and his beloved grandchildren, Angelina and Angel Rosado. Visiting will be 7:00 - 9:00 P.M. Monday, January 2, 2017, at the funeral home, with the funeral service at 8:00 P.M., during the course of visiting. Cremation will be private.
