Jeannette M. Kubisch, Homemaker
Jeannette M. Kubisch, 96, passed away peacefully in her sleep on February 26, 2026. In early December she was diagnosed with AML, a type of bone cancer.
She was born on July 31, 1929 in New York State to Paul and Jeanne Pascal. She later moved to New York City, then to Martinsville, NJ upon marriage. She was a resident of Martinsville for 73 years.
Jeannette was predeceased by her parents, her husband Julius, and a son, Victor.
Surviving are her sons Robert of Martinsville, Richard of Frenchtown; daughter Karen Papke with husband Willy; and grandchildren Emily, Kimberly, and Sheridan.
Other than raising a family, she enjoyed gardening, traveling, tatting, and tending to her chickens.
Friends and relatives are invited to gather from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 3, 2026 at Hagan-Chamberlain Funeral Home, 225 Mountain Avenue, Bound Brook.
A Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 4, 2026 at Blessed Sacrament Church, 1890 Washington Valley Road, Martinsville.
Interment to follow at Bound Brook Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the American Cancer Society/?campaign=menudefault" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">American Cancer Society or a charity of your choice.
All arrangements are under the care and supervision of Hagan-Chamberlain Funeral Home.
