Geisel Andrea Castro Aguirre

Geisel Andrea Castro Aguirre, age 43, went to be with the Lord on October 5, 2025, in Somerset, NJ, surrounded by love. She was born on October 14, 1981, in Grecia, Alajuela, Costa Rica, to Rodolfo Enrique Castro Gonzalez and Maria Brigida Aguirre Ruiz. Geisel lived a vibrant and passionate life. She was known for her free spirit, her honesty, and her bold personality-never afraid to speak her mind and live life with authenticity. She loved the night life, traveling, and the deep conversations she shared with her beloved mother.

Her greatest treasure was her son, Lawrence Jimenez Castro, whom she loved deeply and unconditionally. Everything she did reflected her devotion and pride as a mother. Geisel was a woman of faith, raised in the Catholic tradition, and she carried the hope of eternal life through Jesus Christ. Though our hearts are heavy with grief, we find peace in the promise of our Savior, who said: “I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in Me will live, even though they die.”- John 11:25

She is survived by her loving parents Rodolfo Enrique Castro Gonzalez and Maria Brigida Aguirre Ruiz, her siblings Gerson Rodolfo Castro Aguirre and Jennifer Contreras, her son Lawrence Jimenez Castro, and her cherished nephews and nieces: Justin Javier Contreras, Gerson Jr. Castro, Daniela Aymara Castro and Rebecca Brenes. She will also be lovingly remembered by her uncles, aunts, and extended family, and countless friends whose lives she touched with her light, laughter, and strong spirit. Though she has departed from this world, her love and energy remain alive in our hearts- until we meet again in the glorious presence of our Lord Jesus Christ.

A memorial service will be held to celebrate her life, honor her memory, and give thanks to God for the precious gift she was to all who knew her. Visiting will be Friday, October 10, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. at Hagan-Chamberlain Funeral Home, 225 Mountain Avenue, Bound Brook. A graveside service will follow at Bound Brook Cemetery, 500 Mountain Avenue, Bound Brook.

Geisel Andrea Castro Aguirre, de 43 años, partió a la presencia del Señor el 5 de Octubre de  2025 en Somerset, NJ, rodeada de amor, Nació el 14 de Octubre de 1981 en Grecia, Alajuela, Costa RIca, hija de Rodolfo Enrique Castro Gonzalez y Maria Brigida Aguirre Ruiz.  Geisel vivió una vida llena de energía, pasión y autenticidad. Fue conocida por su espíritu libre, su sinceridad y su carácter fuerte. Le encantaba disfrutar la vida nocturna, viajar, y conversar con su amada madre, con quien compartía una relación muy especial.  Su mayor tesoro fue su hijo, Lawrence Jimenez Castro, a quien amo profundamente. Todo lo que hacía reflejaba su devoción y orgullo como madre.

Geisel fue una mujer de fe, criada en la tradición Católica y guardaba en su corazón la esperanza de la vida eterna en Cristo Jesus. Aunque nuestros corazones están llenos de tristeza, encontramos consuelo en la promesa de nuestro Salvador: “Yo soy la resurrección y la vida; el que cree en mí, aunque esté muerto, vivirá.” - Juan 11:25 Le sobreviven sus amados padres Rodolfo Enrique Castro Gonzalez y Maria Brigida Aguirre Ruiz, sus hermanos Gerson Rodolfo Castro Gonzalez y Jennifer Contreras, su hijo Lawrence Jimenez Castro, y sus queridos sobrinos Justin Javier Contreras, Gerson Jr. Castro, Daniela Aymara Castro y Rebecca Brenes.  También será recordada con cariño por sus tíos, tías, familiares y amigos, quienes siempre llevarán en su memoria su alegría, su fuerza, y su amor.  Aunque ha partido de este mundo, su amor y su espíritu permanecen vivos en nuestros corazones - hasta el día en que nos reencontremos en la gloriosa presencia del nuestro Señor Jesucristo.
