Favio S. Estrada

Favio S. Estrada, 31, of Jackson, passed away peacefully at his home on Friday, August 14, 2026. Born in Guatemala City, he was the beloved son of Favio Estrada and Telma Herrera.

He was a graduate of Bound Brook High School, Class of 2012. He worked for Aspen Tree Service, where he took pride in what he did. He also cherished working alongside his father on weekends, sharing not only his time and talents, but also a special bond with his dad. He loved spending his weekends surrounded by his family, making time to be with both his mother and father and creating cherished memories with his little sisters. He especially enjoyed coming home on the weekends to his mother’s home-cooked meals, savoring the food she lovingly prepared for him. These simple moments at home, surrounded by the people he loved, were among the things he cherished most. Family was incredibly important to him, and he treasured every moment spent with them

Favio had a vibrant spirit and a love for life that touched everyone around him. He enjoyed spending time with his friends, DJing, skateboarding, and listening to music. He especially loved attending EDM and rave concerts, where he could immerse himself in the music and energy that brought him so much happiness.

Those who knew him will remember him most for his gentle soul, warm heart, and unforgettable personality. He had a way of making everyone feel loved and welcomed. His laughter and joy were contagious, and he brought light and happiness wherever he went. His kindness, humor, and gentle spirit made him someone people would always remember.

Favio will be deeply missed by his parents, siblings, aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, coworkers, and all those fortunate enough to have known him.

Gathering with family and friends will be from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 20, 2026 at Hagan-Chamberlain Funeral Home, 225 Mountain Avenue, Bound Brook.

A Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 11:30 a.m. on Friday, August 21, 2026 at St. Joseph Church, 111 E High Street, Bound Brook.

Interment to immediately follow at Bound Brook Cemetery.
