Albert Suk

Albert “Al” Suk, 76, of Bound Brook, died peacefully doing what he loved-deer hunting-on Saturday, December 13, 2025.  Al was born in Somerville, NJ to Betty (Logan) and Joseph Albert Suk. He grew up attending Bridgewater schools (Bridgewater West Class of 1967), working on his grandfather’s farm, and tending to his paper route throughout the Foothill Road neighborhood. Al was a skilled and dependable tradesman. He was a proud heavy equipment mechanic for Foley Machinery Company in Piscataway, NJ for nearly 40 years and a member of Operating Engineers Local 825. He loved helping others, including those he served as a volunteer firefighter for the Green Knoll Fire Department in his earlier years. He was a respected member and President of the Ramblers Rod and Gun Club of Blooming Grove, PA. His favorite past times included attending sporting events for and spending time with his children and grandchildren, watching NASCAR, taking road trips-especially across country and to the Outer Banks in North Carolina, fishing, doing odd jobs, making the rounds on pay day, and most of all, hunting.

Al was a devoted husband to his wife of 52 years, Franca (Musa); father to his four children: Kathryn Suk (John), Joanne Lyerly (Christopher), Joseph Suk (Jennifer), and John Suk (Christine); and grandfather to his nine, soon to be 10, grandchildren: Jacob, 19; Gianna, 18; Isabella, 17; Colton, 16; Trey, 14; Joseph, 13; Alessandro, 4; Catarina, 3; and Lorenzo, 3 months. He is survived by his siblings: Virginia Hendershot, Darlene Beebe (Alan), and William Suk (Linda) and many cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Gathering with the family will be 4:00 - 8:15 PM, Friday, December 19, 2025, at Hagan-Chamberlain Funeral Home, 225 Mountain Avenue, Bound Brook, NJ, with the funeral service beginning at 8:15 PM.  Cremation will be private
